In Santa's Sweatshop, it is a one-use item for chipping. It is much less efficient than the Plastic Fork that can be found in abundant numbers and thus is not recommended to be used. Can only be obtained through the wood box in the Toymaker job. It is guaranteed every other click. Can be found in desks in The Escapists: The Walking Dead.
