Usage
Can be used to escape from the Center Perks 2.0 in combination with 
Fake Audio Equipment as well as Area 17 with the 
Security Pass. When worn, guards treat the same as when you're wearing a guard/medic outfit.
Obtaining
Civilian Outfit can be found in the desk where film crew is located in the Center Perks 2.0.
In Area 17, it can be found in the maintenance room on the underground floor (
Cyan Key is required).
Notes
Unlike the 
Guard Outfit and the 
Infirmary Outfit, the Civilian Outfit won't be confiscated if you're knocked down (unless you're sent to solitary), making it a useful alternative for both outfits.
