Usage
The Comb Blade has only one use; beating up other inmates or guards. It is a 2/5 weapon, making it as strong as the 
Comb Shiv, 
Toothbrush Shiv, and the 
Broom. In The Escapists 2, it is also required in Favours.
Because the Comb Blade is a relatively weak weapon, it's recommended to use a Comb Shiv instead (or considerably better, a non-contraband weapon such as a Broom), and to save the 
Razor Blade for making a stronger weapon, such as a 
Whip or a 
Knuckle Duster.
In The Escapists 2, the Comb Blade is virtually useless, as its stats are identical to those of the Razorblade used to craft it, while the Razor is also non-contraband. As such, it is recommended that you never craft the Comb Blade (unless you're doing it for a favour).
Obtaining
It can be found on inmates, rarely in their desks or crafted.
