Usage
The Flashlight can be used to cast light in any dark place, mainly in tunnels, JEFF or at night when you are outside of your cell. This item has limited use even though you can't actualy equip or use this item, but somehow guards can.
Obtaining
This item is used by guards at night while keeping an eye out for escaping prisoners. It can be bought from inmates or found in their desks. Though guards do carry flashlights at night, they don't always have them in their inventory when beaten down. It is not essential as ALL escapes can be executed fine without one.
