Flimsy Cutters are used to cut vents, slats, and fences. It can only remove one tile before breaking. It can also be crafted into Lightweight Cutters, an improved version of Flimsy Cutters. It appears in The Escapists, The Escapists: The Walking Dead and The Escapists 2.
