Usage

Lightweight Cutters are used to cut vents, slats, and fences. It is an improved version of the Flimsy Cutters and can be crafted into Sturdy Cutters. It appears in both The Escapists and The Escapists: The Walking Dead.

When used on a fence it removes 16% of the fence's durability
