The Makeshift Sledgehammer is powerful but has a slow attack speed. It is recommended that you back off after attacking or block to hold off attacks before the attack recharges. It can be requested as part of the "Beat the Bully" favour.
Its high range can also give you an edge over guards, as their batons have medium range, allowing you to hit them from out of their reach if you play it well.
