Officer Birdseye is the Officer who brings the prisoners to Alcatraz in the Alcatraz DLC map. He waits at the dock on the north of the island at night, and is the only method of escape. To escape you must bring $250 to him and then the score screen will appear.

His name is a reference to Birds Eye, a British frozen food company.
