The Radio Receiver can be found in the console and mobile versions of the game and in Get a Life Boi
Uses
The Radio Receiver is only used for quests.
Obtaining
You can sometimes obtain this item from Guards, rarely in inmate's desks. Also can overhear other guard's conversation to see if you are getting a shakedown. :)
