Get a Roll of Duct Tape and 2 speakers and a wire to make a noise maker
Obtaining
It can be obtained from an unconscious guard. There are no current uses for the item it is purely vanity. However, on the console and mobile versions, it is listed as a component, titled "Speaker" instead of "Small Speaker".
