Usage
The super whip is a powerful and dangerous weapon, obtainable through favors or crafting. It constitutes, with the Super Metal Baton, the highest tier of conventional weapons in the game. This weapon is arguably easier to craft, as beating up a riot guard is not required.
It is required in certain Favours. You are also required to craft the Super Whip to complete the favour "Rock Hammer Hard Place" and get the Rock Hammer in Fort Tundra.
Obtaining
The crafting recipe can be obtained from paying 50 coins to the payphones at Area 17.
