What to do about lowercase pages?

I have been wondering what to do about pages where the first letter in the second word is written in higher case.
I have been sticking to the following format for item pages: Key Mold
Because this is what the game uses in it's item list atleast, and it seems to be the one that the wiki was using already.

While this does look better, it also causes some users to visit the lowercase version of the page (Key mold), causing them to think there is no page yet and the result is that they will either be dissapointed that there's no page or they make a page themselves resulting in multiple pages for the same item (Key Mold and Key mold).
A solution would be to make a redirect from Key mold to Key Mold, but this would mean we would have to make a large amount of redirects.

What do you guys (and girls) think?

I think we should have it for some, like Roll of Duct Tape and Multitool as some might think of/tool are capitalized. Most users would find the page they are looking for in the Category:Items page anyways.

Holidays

Hello, because of the holidays I might be slightly less active. If there's something important going on, leave me a note on my talk page and I will look at it right away. I will also be less active than I would wish to be, but not for the holidays. I have been having tremendous issues with schoolwork (CPTs) lately and don't have time to do anything (even sleep). However, during the holiday break I will be here to help if there is any vandalism. I may only be on once or twice a day between the 21st and 26th.
